Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup roasted walnuts
 - 1 1/2 cups oats
 - 1/2 tablespoon flax seed
 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup
 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil
 - 14 dates
 
Caramel
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
 - 3/4 cup coconut butter
 - 6 tablespoons cashew butter or almond butter
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Rice Krispie Treats
- 1/3 cup nut butter I used cashew
 - 1/2 cup maple syrup
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 4 cups brown rice crisp cereal
 
Ganache
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (170 grams, 6 oz)
 - 2/3 cup coconut cream 150 grams, 5.3 oz
 
Instructions
Crust
- Process all ingredients in the food processor until completely incorporated. Press crust onto the bottom of a 8×8” pan lined with parchment paper.
