PEANUT BUTTER CUP STUFFED S’MORES BROWNIES

There’s no campfire needed for these Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed S’mores Brownies!   A graham cracker crust base is topped with a rich brownie batter, peanut butter cups, candy bar and large jet-puffed marshmallows.  Decadent and delicious!



Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Brownies

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons prepared coffee
  • 1-2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1-1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 peanut butter cups
  • 2 dark chocolate candy bars

Marshmallows

  • 24 ounces large jet-puffed marshmallows

Instructions
Graham Cracker Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter.  Remove from heat.
  3. Add graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt to saucepan. 
  4. Stir together until combined.
